SERVICES
What We Do
People come to individual therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, or ongoing stress. We work collaboratively to explore emotional patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and address what may be contributing to distress. Our aim is to support meaningful, lasting change and help clients feel more grounded, capable, and supported in their daily lives. Click Here to Learn More.
Couples often come to therapy seeking deeper intimacy or to work through conflict. In our work together, we help partners communicate their emotions more openly and effectively, understand and heal from past relational injuries, and strengthen the foundation of their connection. The goal is to help partners build (or rebuild) a relationship that feels more secure, supportive, and resilient. Click Here to Learn More.
When communication breaks down or stress begins to affect family relationships, therapy can offer a space to reset and reconnect. We support families in improving understanding, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways of relating to one another. The focus is on creating a more supportive, connected, and resilient family system. Click Here to Learn More.
Clinical supervision provides space for professional growth, reflection, and skill development throughout the licensure process. We partner with supervisees to strengthen clinical confidence, deepen conceptual understanding, and navigate ethical and professional challenges. Our goal is to support clinicians as they grow into thoughtful, competent, and grounded independent practitioners. Click Here to Learn More.
SPECIALTIES
What We Do Best
Working with clients who experience anxiety disorders—generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety—is a central part of my practice. I help clients develop coping strategies to manage both physical and emotional symptoms, while also addressing the underlying issues that fuel the anxiety. Click Here to Learn More.
My work includes supporting clients across the full spectrum of eating disorders: bulimia, anorexia, binge eating, and compulsive or emotional eating. I also address body image concerns and help clients gain insight into their patterns, so they can build effective coping mechanisms and foster meaningful, long-term change. Click Here to Learn More.
Clients experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, grief, or other mood challenges can find support and direction in therapy. I work alongside clients to navigate periods of low mood, lack of motivation, or feeling stuck, and help them move toward stability, renewed energy, and a higher quality of life. Much of my clinical experience has been devoted to helping individuals process trauma, from an isolated traumatic event to complex trauma that develops when safety, stability, or emotional support have been disrupted over time. I draw on specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—two of the most effective approaches for treating trauma—to help clients reduce distress and reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment.
